About
Built for the trade contractor who can't afford a missed renewal
LicenseRoadmap closes the gap between a $0 spreadsheet and a $10,000/year enterprise platform.
Our mission
Rovaryn Digital Inc. builds purpose-built, SMB-priced tools for buyers that enterprise software ignores and free tools can't serve. LicenseRoadmap is the first product in the Trade License Compliance cluster — the platform that gives a 12-person electrical firm the same compliance infrastructure that a 500-person general contractor takes for granted.
The problem we solve
Specialty trade contractors — electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing — employ licensed field technicians whose state licenses, CE requirements, and bond renewals expire on staggered schedules across multiple jurisdictions. The owner-operator or office manager is the de facto compliance officer by default, tracking dozens of expiry dates manually. The dominant tool is a shared Google Sheet, a whiteboard, or no system at all. The cost of a single missed renewal is disproportionate to the subscription price of any available software tool. A lapsed license can trigger a stop-work order, disqualify a firm from an open bid, or require a full re-examination process. Yet the owner of a 12-technician electrical firm cannot justify an enterprise compliance platform built for a buyer ten times their size. LicenseRoadmap closes that gap.
What we value
Trade-specific, not generic
Built for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roofing contractors. Every feature, every state, every CE calculation is designed for the trade technician compliance workflow — not a horizontal credential tracker with no domain knowledge.
Honest pricing
$199–$1,199/month occupies the gap between a free spreadsheet and an $833+/month enterprise platform. One avoided reinstatement event in most states pays for 12 months of Professional tier.
Human-curated, verified data
The 50-state requirement library is manually curated from government licensing board sources and refreshed quarterly. We display a last-updated timestamp on every entry and never show a blank field that could be misread as “no requirement.”
Built for the owner-operator
The product is designed for a non-technical owner or office manager who needs to get answers in 30 seconds, not a compliance specialist who manages licensing for a Fortune 500 subsidiary.
