1. Service Description
LicenseRoadmap.com operates three connected services: (a) the marketing website and free content at licenseroadmap.com, including the ROI Calculator; (b) a digital product store at licenseroadmap.com/store offering one-time downloadable templates and guides; (c) the License Renewal Dashboard SaaS application at app.licenseroadmap.com, which provides multi-tenant license compliance tracking for specialty trade contractors. These Terms apply to all three services unless a service-specific section states otherwise.
2. SaaS Subscription Terms
Subscription billing through Stripe at the pricing tiers described at licenseroadmap.com/pricing. 14-day free trial; billing begins at trial end. Annual subscribers receive two months free equivalent. No refunds on monthly subscriptions after the trial period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days if the service is materially not as described.
3. Digital Product Purchase Terms
One-time digital product purchases are non-refundable after download, unless the file is defective or materially different from the description. Defective file claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with a description of the defect.
4. Account Terms
One account per authorized user. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Multi-seat subscriptions allow the number of user seats specified in the purchased tier.
5. Acceptable Use
No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API access. No uploading files containing malware or content that violates applicable law. No sharing login credentials across more users than the purchased seat count.
6. Data and Privacy
Data handling described in the Privacy Policy. SaaS data retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation and then permanently deleted. Export available during the retention window.
7. Intellectual Property
The state requirement library, product content, and software are the intellectual property of Rovaryn Digital Inc. User-submitted data (license records, CE logs) remains the user's property.
8. Limitation of Liability
The state requirement library is provided for informational reference only and does not constitute legal advice. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the library accurate but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the current requirements of every state licensing board. Users are responsible for confirming requirements with official state board sources before taking compliance action.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email to registered users. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
