Pricing FAQ

Can I change tiers after signing up?

Upgrade anytime — your new tier limits take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Your data is never deleted when downgrading.

What happens when I hit my technician limit?

You'll get an in-app banner and email warning at 80% of your limit. At the limit, you can add more technicians at $15/month each (with your confirmation) or upgrade to the next tier.

Is the 14-day free trial really free?

Yes. No credit card required to start. Full access to your selected tier's features during the trial period.

Does the annual plan auto-renew?

Yes. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period.

What's included in the extra technician add-on?

Same tracking, alerts, and compliance features as included technicians — just billed at $15/month per technician above your tier limit. Available on Essentials, Professional, and Business tiers.

Can multiple users access the account?

Yes. Each tier includes a set number of user seats (1 on Essentials, 3 on Professional, 5 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise). Assign roles — Admin, Manager, Analyst, or Viewer — with appropriate access levels.

Do you cover Canadian province requirements?

Currently US-only for state licensing requirements. Canadian province library is planned for a future release. US-based contractors operating in all 50 states are fully supported.
