Can I switch tiers after I sign up?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

All your license records, CE logs, documents, and alert history remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export CSVs and download documents at any time during that window. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every tier includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. If you upgrade during the trial, billing begins when the trial ends.

Do I need to pay for each user on my team?

Each tier includes a fixed number of user seats (1 for Essentials, 3 for Professional, 5 for Business, unlimited for Enterprise). Additional seats are available as an add-on for $15–$20/month each.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes — annual pricing is available at a discount equivalent to two months free. Essentials $1,990/yr, Professional $3,490/yr, Business $5,990/yr, Enterprise $11,990/yr.

What's the difference between technicians and user seats?

Technicians are the licensed field employees whose licenses you're tracking. User seats are the people on your team who log in to manage the dashboard (owner, office manager, compliance coordinator). A firm might track 15 technicians but only need 2 user seats.

Do you cover Canadian provinces?

The current state requirement library covers all 50 US states. Canadian province licensing regimes are planned for a future update.

What trade types are covered?

Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, and General Contractor license types are covered in the state requirement library. Custom trade types can be entered manually for license tracking purposes.
